Ruddies are specialists in making artisan stonebaked sourdough Neapolitan style pizza. They are baked under our smart & easily transportable 3m x 3m gazebo where we don't require any electricity or utilities. We make everything from scratch and cultivate our sourdough over 2/3 days to produce a classic Neapolitan style. Our pizza bakes in under 2 mins using our efficient Roccbox ovens.
